Vendor Information

The Vagabond Flea is a creatively curated market, bringing you a variety of crafts and collections from local makers in Northeast Florida. Located in the heart of Murray Hill, the Vagabond Flea Market provides a space for collectors of locally handcrafted goods, unique vintage pieces, and designers of many sorts to come together for the ultimate shopping experience!

The Vagabond Flea does not tolerate, condone, or support racism, sexism, transphobia, ageism, queerphobia, ableism, fatphobia, or any discrimination of any kind in our company or at our events. We support the Black Lives Matter movement and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive community of vendors that represent our greater community.

  • Local Craft Vendor: $50 for a 10x10 space.

    Food Truck Vendor: $100

  • Application and payment deadlines will be posted on the web page and the application page for each market.

  • Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, lights, tents, tent weights and displays as needed. There is no electricity access so we encourage vendors to look into portable batteries to provide electricity if necessary.

  • We do not provide refunds. If you are unable to attend the Vagabond Flea, please email us at vagabondfleajax@gmail.com and we will apply your credit to a future market.

  • We operate rain or shine!

    That said, in cases of severe weather, if the Vagabond Flea is canceled in its entirety due to severe or dangerous weather, a credit will be given for a future market date. Severe weather includes dangerously heavy wind/torrential rain, lightning, or any other weather condition that would jeopardize safety for you or our customers.

 

Vagabond Flea Market Day Policies

  • Vendors agree to set up in their assigned spot only.

  • Vendors unable to make their scheduled market will not be given refunds.

  • Vendors are expected to unload in a timely manner beginning an hour to an hour 1/2 before start time and to stay the entire duration of the flea. Breakdown begins at the end time.

  • Vendors who are running late for load-in on the market day please let us know via phone or email as soon as possible. If we have not heard from you at least 30 minutes before the start of the market, your spot may be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

  • Parking is strictly enforced so please follow any and all parking rules and maps provided in our map and details email. Please be aware of your surroundings and follow all posted parking rules as we cannot be held responsible for any towing or ticketing.

  • Vendors are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws while participating at the Vagabond Flea. We are not responsible for occurrences that may change the operational flow of the market and we are not responsible for any loss of sales as a result.

  • The Vagabond Flea, Vagabond Coffee Company, Murray Hill Theater, Blair Salon, Esquire, the Murray Hill Library, and adjacent businesses are not - under any circumstance - held liable for any occurrences that may take place as a result of vending or attending the Vagabond Flea.

  • Vendors are responsible for cleaning up trash in their area. We provide trash cans, please use them. Any trash left behind in your booth space will result in a fee.

  • No electricity is provided for vendors. 

  • Self-monitor your health daily. If you feel generally like you have a cold, flu, or symptoms related to COVID-19, or are notified of exposure to someone who tested positive with COVID-19, do not attend the market. You must email us at vagabondfleajax@gmail.com and cancel your booth space.

 

Health & Safety

The Vagabond Flea Market will continue to implement any and all COVID-19 guidelines recommended by the CDC as well as following any local and national recommendations to provide a safer shopping experience for everyone involved. Because these guidelines change and update frequently, details and any additional safety protocols will be provided as we get closer to the event.
